Return/Exchange Policy/Shipping/Rules
If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your product you can exchange it in a different size within 7 days of receipt. If we do not have the size you are requesting then you can exchange for a different product of same value. If you require shipping for your exchange this is on you! All items that are exchanged must be new(no smoke-pet hair-stains or signs of wear)
Anything bought off a "on sale" live, in store or website are all final, NO returns & NO exchanges on any discounted sales!
Shipping is free after $100 worth of product otherwise it is exact shipping.
Product will be shipped from our warehouse within 7 days from paid purchase.
When you comment sold from our live facebook shopping you are committing to a purchase, therefore if you back out of that sale, we have a 2 strike policy. After the 2nd time you will not be allowed to purchase from our live shopping. You may however still purchase off the website or locally with immediate payment.
Invoices are to be paid within 24hours of receiving. If not paid after 48 hours the invoice is canceled and product is put back in inventory.
We do not do holds, we are a small company and get very limited sizes in therefore if you are wanting a hold it ties up the merchandise. If there is product you want but can't pay at that moment, we offer Afterpay which is a payment plan therfore you can still get your product.
